THE COOP

Riley and I used to always walk around the East Campus Loop. It was a time for us to break down and reflect on our week. It was also the only time that I got any exercise, as I refused to venture into Brodie and face a stream of terrifying workout machines. This was the day Riley and I decided that we needed to create something between the two of us. Something that ended up being this, the Coop. This day I had received an impulsive purchase of a pink bucket hat that I was convinced would reinvent my wardrobe. Online shopping became an expensive way to handle my college stress. Looking back it's strange to think how fresh our friendship and year was, and how little we knew of what was to come. We were just focused on getting our steps in after class.
