I made this photo series for my fall semester course, Experimental Drawing, with professor Bill Seaman. Every week we were assigned a new art project to stretch our thinking of what art is. For this project our assignment was to make photos utilizing light. I bought glow sticks, took out some matches, turned on the infamous LED lights and got to shooting. I had several inspirations for this piece like the aesthetic of Euphoria, and James Turrell’s art installations.
